I've not photographed much Fall color this year and now it is nearly gone. There wasn't the grand display of past years. It mainly came as small elements, first against the green of early season and then against the brown of late. These maples will surely be among the last — except for the oaks which hang on through winter — a chill wind is worrying them today. (Photo/Leica M9)
