We participate in a farm-to-table program ... bringing local produce into our kitchen ... this came in our basket ... we're not sure what it is ... or what to do with it ... it's the wrong color for Halloween!

  1. Is this a guord???? We had some at our farmers market that were about this size but were quite “bumpy”……guess they are just to look at ….and wonder about……

  2. Enjoying your pictures. In Texas last year I found they are called “decorator” pumpkins. I think they are gourds. There were many colors from white to dark green, yellow & all shades of orange. They also had very bumpy, unusual rinds. When grouped together, or with flowers or other fall decorations they make a stunning outdoor arrangement.
